DESCRIPTION:Up & Down Hill Run/Walk 5K registration begins at 7:00 AM. This event starts and finishes at the park pavilion. Walkers begin at 8:30 AM and runners begin at 8:45 AM. Event supports LaValle Park Fund. There will be a trophy for the first male and the first female finishers. Also\, there is a need for volunteers this year as some of our long time volunteers have asked that their jerseys be retired. LOCATION:LaValle Park Pavilion. The course is one mile uphill\, down the other side\, and onto the 400 Bike Trail following the trail back into town.
