Topic: As a leader\, you are faced with situations that call for a need to be flexible in your approach to leading your workers. The choice of leadership style varies by the situation. In this session\, participants will learn about how a supervisor moves through four primary styles of leadership\, aligning his/her approach based upon the subject matter at hand and the development level (maturity) of the individual being led. While each of us as leasers gravitate to a "primary" style\, we can realize greater effectiveness in outcomes as we apply different methodologies to effectively mange diverse employee needs.\n\nWhere: Monks at the Wilderness\, 33 Hillman Rd\, Baraboo.
