DESCRIPTION:Monday\, June 4\, 2018\, 4:30-6 PM: Reedsburg Area Medical Center\, 2000 N Dewey Ave\, Reedsburg\, is offering QPR Training (Question\, Persuade\, Refer) training in the Lower Level Conference Room. Jodi Bruni with Sauk Public Health will be here several times in June to present this session. As a QPR-trained Gatekeeper you will learn to: Recognize the warning signs of suicide\; Know how to offer hope\; Know how to get help and save a life. This would be great for anyone form the community\, front line staff\, any staff that would have quick\, early interactions with the public. This class will be offered again Wednesday\, June 27\, 2018\, 7:30-9:00 AM & 10:00-11:30 AM. The County would be happy to set up a QPR training session for a larger number of people in a different location also\, if that works better for you.
