A decision will be made whether to hold the race at all this year by August 1\, at which time entry forms will be available if the race is to be held this year.\n\nWhile there is good social distancing during the race on the Baraboo River from LaValle to Reedsburg\, there is some closeness of people at the beginning of the race\, during the picnic lunch and awards ceremony at the end of the race and during post-race shuttles for paddlers to retrieve their vehicles from LaValle.\n\nProceeds from past races have been used by the Reedsburg Kiwanis to fund river jam cleaning efforts and to support youth-related projects in the Reedsburg area\, including providing iPads to children on the autism spectrum.\n \n\n\n\nFor more information contact Jeff Seering 608-524-2987 or (608) 393-8255.
