Duties for the Direct Care Provider also include assisting in maintaining a clean and safe living environment and meal preparation\, as well as completion of various household duties.\n\n \n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n	Minimum 18 years of age\n	Valid driver's license\n	Auto liability coverage\n	The following education\, experience\, and/or certifications would be an asset\, but are not required:\n	\n\n\n\n	Experience working with Intensive Behavioral Supports.\n	A sincere desire to provide individualized supports to persons with developmental disabilities.\n	Current Positions Available:\n\n	1st\, 2nd and 3rd shifts (all including at least every other weekend)\n\n	Locations: Pardeeville\, Baraboo\, and Reedsburg\n\n	Benefits are available to those scheduled 30+ hours per week.
