It also means moving without pain\, managing the cause of your pain\, understanding your emotional and spiritual state. I encourage you to learn about your own body and how to optimize your ability to engage in life throughout your lifetime.\n\n \n\nYou are invited to stop by during my Open House/Business After 5 on Thursday\, March 31\, 2022 between 5-7 p.m. and find out more about Mind Body Harmony. I am located at E6881A N. Dewey Ave.\, Reedsburg (next to Swim Reedsburg). There will be drawings for a $25 Chamber Gift Certificate\, a FREE Vision Class and a FREE 1-hour individual session.
