DESCRIPTION:Join J's Pub & Grill for our first Guest Chef Night featuring Bryan Padberg\, Executive Chef of the Reedsburg Area Medical Center. We will be serving a four course dinner\, with Chef Bryan creating the entree' ~ Smoked Pork Chop with walnut mushroom cream sauce served over farro pilaf with cranberries\, candied butternut squash and mustard greens. Jayson will be serving an appetizer of Cajun Shrimp with curried squash and jasmine rice\, and Maxx and Selia will finish with a Champagne cupcake with strawberry buttercream and a chocolate dipped filled cannoli.\n\n \n\nCost is $75 per person\, not including gratuity\, and reservations are required in advance.
