Hops are easy to grow and will also attract many types of pollinators to your garden. This course will provide a brief history about hops\, basic information about what is needed in order to grow them as a hobby\, and tips for harvest\, storage and use. Here's an interesting plant you might enjoy growing\, whether you brew your own beer as a hobby or whether you just like to try your hand at growing something unusual in your garden. Gretchen Kruse is the instructor for this course and the cost is $17.50. To register for the class\, stop by the college at 300 Alexander Ave\, Reedsburg or call 608-524-7800 for materials.
