Insurance Enrollment/Resource Connections with Scenic Bluffs Dental Clinic Reedsburg

Event Description
Scenic Bluffs Reedsburg Dental Clinic's Outreach Event, 1950 N Dewey Ave, Reedsburg. We will have our Outreach and Enrollment staff onsite at our Reedsburg Dental Clinic to help individuals and families connect with health coverage and essential local resources. This is a free service that we provide to all in our communities (you do not need to be a patient of Scenic Bluffs to use our Help Team services):
Our Outreach & Enrollment Specialists from the Scenic Bluffs Help Team will be available to assist with:
• Medicaid eligibility review and enrollment
• Marketplace special enrollments
• FoodShare applications and food pantry connections
In addition, Scenic Bluffs patients can receive help applying for our sliding-fee scale program, the Healthy Neighbor Plan.
No appointment is necessary — community members are welcome to stop in at their convenience.
