Fermentation & Yogurt Making at the LaValle Library

Join us at the La Valle Public Library for a hands-on introduction to fermentation and homemade yogurt making with Marilyn and Mohammed Kharbush.
This program will explore the basics of fermentation, how yogurt is made, and why fermented foods have been part of home kitchens around the world for generations. Guests will learn about the simple ingredients, tools, and steps involved in making yogurt, along with tips for getting started safely at home.
